UPDATE: Man Found Guilty of Killing Norcross Teen, Sentenced to Life in Prison

Jason Dozier was found guilty of all charges against him, including malice murder.

Update Oct. 15, 6 p.m.: Jason Dozier has been sentenced to life in prison, according to WSB-TV.

A Gwinnett County jury has convicted a Lithonia man of murdering a Norcross teenager during a 2012 home invasion and robbery.

According to WSB-TV, Jason Dozier, 38, was found guilty of all eight charges against him, including killing 15-year-old Nick Jackson, Jr.

Dozier is one of seven people charged in connection with the home invasion, robbery and death of Nick, Jr., who attended Norcross High School.

Police eventually determined that the robbery was drug related, and that the victim's father was involved.

On May 24, 2013, Nick Jackson, Sr., was sentenced to at least eight years in prison for distributing cocaine.
