Susie Duke, Neighbor

Originally from Rome, GA, I've lived in Historic Norcross for 20 years and have seen it blossom into the vibrant city we now enjoy.  I live in an Historic home on North Peachtree with my husband and three children.  I have a son who is a senior at Norcross High School, a sophmore daughter at St. Pius Catholic High School and a sixth grade daughter at St. Martin's Episcopal School.  I do a lot of driving back and forth to schools and activities.  When not driving or taking care of home and family, I try my best to coach people who are having money trouble.  In my former life I was a stock broker and Certified Financial Planner but I find that financial counseling is my true calling. I am a Certified Dave Ramsey Counselor and facilitate FPU classes on a volunteer basis. I am also the only Certified Financial Recovery Counselor in the Southeast.  I went to a wonderful small liberal arts college in Tennessee: Sewanee, The University of the South and was an English major.  I enjoy reading, working crossword puzzles, taking walks and playing ALTA tennis.
