Craigslist iPhone Ad Turns Into Armed Robbery for Norcross Man

And not only that, another campaign sign was lifted from a nearby intersection. In Athens, numerous campaign signs were reported stolen in the Five Points area of town. Athens-Clarke County Police also were told car-magnet signs for State House candidate Carter Kessler were stolen while campaigners were soliciting votes. 2. Perhaps not wanting to wait in line for an iPhone, a robber took three of them from a Norcross man who had advertised the phones on Craigslist. Weird Police Stories: Peeping Tom's Ladder, Public Urinating

Police responded after the woman resident called 911 to report seeing a man peering into her upstairs bedroom. The man fled, but police found the ladder he used leaning up against the house. The ladder ended up being stolen from a neighbor’s yard a week before the incident. 2. You know a relationship is over when an ex uses bleach in anger. Two such incidents were reported recently in the Norcross area. One involved an ex-boyfriend, who doused his former girlfriend’s clothes and other belongings with bleach. A Gwinnett County Police officer making a traffic stop on I-85 smelled overwhelming odors of marijuana and air freshener coming from a rental car driven by a Stone Mountain woman, with a South Carolina man in the passenger seat. The officer wrote in his report: “I noticed there were two clip-on air fresheners stuck inside the air vents. This stood out to me because this was an Enterprise rental car and the average motoring public does not add air fresheners to a rental car.” The officer later found a UPS box with a PlayStation 3 box inside.
