From Duluth Patch A young Duluth man was killed in a single-car accident during the rainy Christmas Day afternoon on Simpson Circle near its intersection with Centennial Trail in unincorprated Norcross. Gwinnett Police identified the driver of the white Chevrolet Tahoe as Nenad Lunic, 23, of Duluth. The accident occurred about 4:15 p.m. Dec. 25 about 200 feet from Simpson Circle’s intersection with Centennial Trail. Lunic was traveling south on Simpson Circle when his vehicle left his side of the roadway, struck a landscaping wall and went airborne, according to police. Charges are pending for 42-year-old Dacula resident Kenneth Griffin, a driver involved in a fatal car collision Monday on Beaver Ruin Road in unincorporated Norcross. The preliminary investigation revealed that Griffin, who was driving a red BMW, was traveling west in the left turn on Beaver Ruin Rd. at the I-85 bridge. Four other drivers, one of them a motorcyclist, was stopped for the traffic light in the left turn lane. The driver of the BMW failed to stop and crashed into the stationary vehicles, causing a chain reaction accident, says the release. Motorcyclist Brandon Roy, 38, of McDonough, died on scene as a result of the injuries sustained in the crash, according to a press release from Gwinnett County Police. Three other drivers …

The multi-vehicle accident, which caused the death of one adult male, occurred in that area. The man had been driving a motorcycle, and four additional vehicles were involved. One man died from a vehicular accident on Beaver Ruin Road at the I-85 bridge Monday, according to Gwinnett County Police. The incident location is a part of unincorporated Norcross. Gwinnett County Police have identified the victim in a single car fatality accident on Highway 316 near Harbins Road in Dacula as Quinton Ayers, 22, who was reported missing last week. Ayers, a UGA student, was last seen in Athens around 1 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 31. His last cell phone activity was traced to a location near the Gwinnett County Airport. His vehicle was discovered Sept. 3 approximately 40 feet off Highway 316.
