Christmas trees are up, stockings are hung, Christmas cards are in the mail and before long we will all be making our lists of what to cook for our big Christmas dinners.  If your family is anything like mine, you probably have all the tried and true recipes that help make your Christmas dinner a familiar and warm time for loved ones to gather and enjoy the holiday together. But what about Christmas morning? You know the time I am talking about - before the big dinner at Grandma's house. We celebrate the holidays by decorating our homes, visiting friends and family, shopping for and giving gifts. But one tradition trumps them all: getting together to eat. Some local, long-time residents are pleased to share some of their favorites--along with the stories that make them taste even better. Each December Donna Cosola, a 26-year Norcross resident, gathers with her mom and her sisters for a daylong holiday baking-fest. The sisters arrive at mom's house, their bags brimming with ingredients and baking supplies. Donna brings along her grandmother's 60-year-old cookie cutters. "It's a full day event," says Ms. Cosola.
