According to a listing on the Harry Norman Realtors' website, the house on Grey Moss Pass in the Sugarloaf area of Duluth has nine bedrooms and 12 full baths. Amenities include a batting cage, putting green, and an indoor basketball court. Andruw Jones, 35, is involved in divorce proceedings with his wife. That case was filed not long after Andruw Jones was charged with battery in connection with a domestic incident early Christmas Day 2012 at the home. From Duluth Patch The Miami Herald reported Wednesday that Nicole D. Jones, the wife of former Atlanta Braves star Andruw R. Jones, has filed for divorce. Duluth Patch confirmed through court records that Mrs. Jones filed for divorce Monday, Dec. 31, in Gwinnett County Superior Court in Lawrenceville. The divorce filing followed the early Christmas Day arrest of Andruw Jones at the couple’s Sugarloaf Country Club home in unincorporated Duluth. He was arrested and charged with battery by Gwinnett Police as the result of a domestic incident involving his wife. Andruw Jones was jailed on Christmas after an early morning incident in Duluth.
Former Atlanta Braves outfielder Andruw Jones was jailed in Gwinnett County early Christmas Day on a charge of battery after an incident in Duluth, according to police. According to Gwinnett Police records, officers responded about 1:25 a.m. December 25 to a Grey Moss Pass address, in regards to a domestic dispute between husband and wife. Officers then developed probable cause to arrest Jones. He was released on $2,400 bond at 11 a.m. Tuesday, records show. No other details of the incident are available. Jones, 35, played for the Braves from 1996-2007. He has played for four different teams since leaving Atlanta, and has a career total of 435 home runs.
