Many echo the sentiment that annexation gives city residents “control of their destiny”—and some foresee that destiny as 10-story, mixed-use high rises and a transit stop along I-85.

It's people like Brian Moore why the Atlanta region is being left behind in transit and transportation as a whole. Too busy fighting for roads when it is clear that roads are an alternative that isn't working anymore.
