GAC Football Players Sign to VMI, Pennsylvania and St. Anselm
The three Spartans at Greater Atlanta Christian officially committed to the colleges Wednesday for National Signing Day.
Three football players for Greater Atlanta Chrisitan School officially committed to colleges Wednesday for National Signing Day. The Spartans include team captain Andrew Lewis, wide receiver Peter Whiteneck and offensive lineman Daniel Yoon. Lewis, who was the first to sign at the GAC event in the Student Family Center, committed to the Virginia Military Institute. Lewis plays the tight end and defensive end for the Norcross team. He was injured early in the season but was able to finish the season strong and help the Spartans advance to the GHSA AA semi-finals, according to head coach Tim Hardy.
