Retail Bus Tour Lands in Norcross
The tour brought 180 people to bring development and redevelopment to the city Thursday.
Norcross Mayor Bucky Johnson and the city staff met with 180 people on the Retail Bus Tour last Thursday to show them what Norcross has to offer. Retailers, landowners, business owners, brokers and investors were invited to the Norcross Cultural Arts and Community Center to have a drink and snack, listen to the mayor give a five-minute rundown of Norcross and explain the different corporations in the city, and envision the development possibilities for new businesses and the like in the area. The purpose of the event was to attract developers and investors to the city of Norcross, particularly Jimmy Carter Boulevard and Buford Highway.
