Behind the New Peachtree Corners Logo

Peachtree Corners citizen committee along with Accent Creative Group in Lawrenceville, spent months working on the design.

From Peachtree Corners Patch By now those of you who have attended City Council meetings or received any correspondence from the city have undoubtedly noticed the new City of Peachtree Corners logo. The green, blue and white logo incorporates a number of prominent elements of the city including the community's numerous trees, the Chattahoochee River which defines part of the city's border and subtley features four corners as a take off from the city's name. It was a collaborative effort by a group of citizens and a design artist who spent several months developing a unique design that would identify the new city. Peachtree Corners Unveils Logo, City Hall at Open House

More than 250 people attended the open house Sunday.

From Peachtree Corners Patch It was a grand day for Peachtree Corners - Gwinnett's newest city opened its doors to the new city hall for all to see. "Today is among a long list of firsts for the city and is dedicated to all of our citizens," said Mayor Mike Mason, after the ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially open City Hall.  "We're now officially open for business, please don't hesitate to call on us, we're here for you." Over 250 residents - and nearby residents attended the open house on Sunday to view for the first time the City of Peachtree Corners new headquarters.
