The New York Giants and the New England Patriots will square off to see who takes home the title of Super Bowl XLVI champion. Over the years, the Super Bowl has become a national sports extravaganza. USA Today reports spending on Super Bowl related activities is expected to top $11 billion this year. According to Fox News, more than 100 million people are expected to watch the game -- and perhaps even more importantly -- the commercials, which Forbes reports hit a record high cost this year of $3.5 million for a 30-second spot.
