Norcross PD Arrest Man in Connection to Flint Hill Burglary
Jose Cortez, 29, has been arrested in connection with taking a van from Flint Hill, the downtown Norcross event facility, in addition to other thefts.
As part of an ongoing investigation, Norcross Police have arrested a man in connection with a series of thefts and burglaries, including the taking of a van from Flint Hill. Jose Cortez, 29, has been arrested on charges of burglary, possession of methamphetamine, and theft by receiving a motor vehicle. According to a news release from Norcross Police spokesman Capt. Brian Harr, a Norcross officer was patrolling a business complex in an unmarked car around 11:16 p.m. last Wednesday, Jan. 16, when he saw a white van near a closed business.
