The family of Norcross area resident Timothy Kemp is getting some sense of closure over 4 months after the man’s body was found in a grassy area behind his Harbin Springs apartment. Justo Luis Alonzo, 29, has been charged with murder, possession of a firearm and criminal attempt to commit armed robbery in connection with this case, according to Gwinnett County Police. The family sent out a plea to the public in August, asking anyone with information about their relative to come forward. They said he took public transportation to work and was likely walking home from the bus stop on the evening of his death. Updated 2:46 p.m. A man’s body was found this morning behind a Harbin Springs Apartments building. Police found the man dead from a gunshot wound to the head in what they believe was a homicide. The victim has now been identified as 46-year-old Timothy Lance Kemp, a resident of the apartments. Gwinnett County Police received a call at 8:18 a.m. after a maintenance worker found the body while doing his morning rounds, according to Cpl. Edwin Ritter.
