As you enter Palomilla’s you find yourself in an unassuming grill-type restaurant. But what you can assume is that after you order you’ll be served some tasty and authentic Cuban cuisine. Owner Elizardo Sanz is proud of the two restaurants that he has established here in the Atlanta area. This Palomilla’s on Spalding Drive just past Holcomb Bridge Road has been open for over five years and he has recently opened a new Palomilla’s in Johns Creek. Sanz says that “ Business in Peachtree Corners is good. If you're at a restaurant where the server sits down savory empanadas in front of you and then picks up an instrument to join the salsa band, you're probably at Mojitos. The Cuban eatery has its own band, comprised of people who work at the restaurant and regular patrons. Owner and piano player Luis Fernandez said that sometimes customers will request a particular song from a particular server. "Everybody kind of joins in," he explained.
