President Obama will visit the College Heights Early Childhood Learning Center in Decatur on Thursday during his visit to the Atlanta area. The visit was announced Friday with few details, but College Heights Principal Suzanne Kennedy sent a note to parents about the President's plans to drop into the school at 917 S. McDonough St., according to Decatur Metro. The time for the President's visit has not been announced. No classes will be held for pre-K through 12th grade students in the City Schools of Decatur Monday-Friday because of winter break, but the 0-3 Tuition Program at College Heights will operate, according to an email from the school.
