Home Norcross Moves to Antique Traditions
The Home shop is now one of the offerings of Antique Traditions on South Peachtree Street.
When Taylor Covert dreamed of operating her own specialty shop, she planned and saved for many years to make it happen. Her dream became a reality this January when she opened Home Norcross on Cemetery Street. Business was good and folks loved Covert's sense of style reflected in the offerings of hand crafted home goods of soaps, kitchen towels, glasses formed from beer bottles, and especially the fine wood work of tables and chairs she has brought in from two Alabama artists. "Shoppers always made a purchase whenever they figured out where the shop was," Covert noted, "the location was a little off the main streets and it was hard to get people in."
