This tall glass and brick building is the center of city government. This office serves a variety of functions including departments for residents' utilities, parking ticket payments as well as housing the office of the mayor and city council members. In the foyer, there is a Baseball Hall of Fame exhibit that documents the area's rich history of high school, college and semi-pro ball with news clippings, photos and other artifacts.
