China Wok is a family-owned Chinese restaurant that was been serving the Norcross area since the mid-1980s. The cooks are perfectionists, and their traditionalism makes them shudder at the thought of modernizing their operations. "We do it honestly and good," said the restaurant manager with an impassioned, closed-fisted strike to her desk. "That's why we've been here over 20 years."
