In just 12 days the Blue Devils will take on Booker T. Washington of Florida for their first game of the season.
Patch caught up with the team working out in the August heat Monday afternoon preparing for their home opener.
The Saturday, Aug. 24 game will be aired on ESPN2. Kick off is 7:30 p.m.
Norcross High is one 26 teams that will participate in the ESPN High School Football Kickoff series, which airs Aug. 23-25.
This is the first year that Georgia teams have participated in the ESPN Kickoff series.
