Gwinnett Braves Games May Be on TVGwinnett

Talks are ongoing with the county-owned cable channel, the team says.

The Gwinnett Braves are in discussions to have some of their games shown on the county-owned TVgwinnett channel, a team official said.

Media Relations Coordinator Nick Margiasso said recently that the team is planning more discussions with county officials, although details are sketchy. G-Braves General Manager North Johnson could not be reached for comment.

The G-Braves are the Atlanta Braves' top minor-league team, in their third season in the area after moving from Richmond, Va. They play a 144-game schedule (compared to 162 for the major-league teams), half the games at Coolray Field.
