This runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and includes a tour of the teaching hospital, a panel discussion by faculty veterinarians and the chance to meet veterinary student leaders. Participants will learn about the high admission standards and what they need to study to be ready for vet school.

Registration will be open through Sept. 7. All students must be accompanied by an adult, parent, counselor or teacher. While students attend and eat for free, the adults pay $15 for food on the day of the event.
