Rotary Club Names Norcross 3rd Grader as Student of the Month

The Peachtree Corners Rotary Club recognized Armida Yee Munoz of Norcross Elementary.

The Peachtree Corners Rotary Club recognizes a student who has done something outstanding whether academically, athletically or through community service.

Recently, third grader Armida Yee Munoz of Norcross Elementary School was named the club's Student of the Month.

Yee Muno received the following proclamation from the school:

Any teacher, who enjoys reaping the rewards of watching children learn, would be truly blessed to have Armida Yee Munoz as their student. She is an amazing student who thrives in all areas of what it truly means to be a well-rounded student.

Armida displays many qualities that make her an outstanding student. She’s dedicated, diligent and very motivated to learn new and challenging skills. She is always prepared and enthusiastic about completing any assignment given to her.

In addition, Armida is not only a role model to her class, but the entire Third Grade student body. She is supportive and caring as she assists any student in the classroom. She is always willing to ‘chip in.’

Overall, Armida is a well deserving student who represents the love of learning at Norcross Elementary. She will continue to grow in becoming a strong leader, learner and role model to her peers. Armida has a bright future ahead of her and with her strong devotion to learning she will always strive for excellence.
