Norcross Ranked No. 1 in State

The Georgia High School Football Daily released the final state rankings as determined by Maxwell Ratings.

The Georgia High School Football Daily released the Maxwell Ratings' final state rankings this week, and Norcross High ended up on top.

The Blue Devils reached the No. 1 spot in the All-Classification category for Georgia's 412 football-playing schools.

The ranking comes at no surprise since Norcross was named the No. 3 team in the country in the Xcellent 25 National Football Rankings earlier this week. Also, Norcross was named the High 5 Sports Team of the Year.
