Remarks: Observed employees working on salsa bar in dinning room come back to kitchen, put on gloves, and go back to working with ready-to-eat foods/clean containers without washing hands. Hand washing sink in kitchen by warewashing sink had cheese shredder and soap dispenser inside it. Numerous containers of blue cheese, milk (2-gallons), and orange juice (2-gallons) held in the establishment past the manufacturers expiration date. Observed dirty dishes being stored in the fruit and vegetable sink. A followup is scheduled due to score under 80.
