Running for Norcross City Council: Keith Shewbert
The former councilman is seeking a second term.
Keith Shewbert, the owner of both 45 South Cafe and the recently purchased Chocolate Perks in Duluth, is a 15-year resident of Norcross who is seeking a spot on the city council in the upcoming November election.
