An overturned tractor trailer on I-285 West is causing a traffic mess at Spaghetti Junction just south of Norcross, according to news reports and GDOT photos.
A tractor trailer appears to be overtuned, blocking lanes of the highway east of Buford Hwy and west of I-85.
