On Thursday last week (May 2), a Gwinnett SWAT team attempted to serve an arrest warrant at Bradford Gwinnett Apartments in unincorporated Norcross, directly behind Beaver Ridge Elementary.

While he lives in the apartment complex, Sivonda was not present at that time. Police sent out another news release the next day with a more recent photo of Sivonda in case the public spotted him or had any information on his whereabouts.

WSB-TV reports that police say the Norcross-area apartment complex was the site for multiple sexual assaults by Sivonda. According to the news station, police believe he used Backpage.com "to arrange the encounters with female escorts he planned to attack." The women would show up to meet him, and he would rob and assault them at gunpoint, authorities told WSB-TV.

The information in this article was obtained directly from a news release. It does not indicate a conviction.
