One Man Dead, 2nd Hospitalized In Norcross Shooting
After reports of gun fire, Gwinnett Police found one man dead and another injured from what appeared to be a blow to the head at Celedon Apartments in the Norcross area.
Gwinnett police were called to the Celedon Apartments on Norcross-Tucker Road in unincorporated Norcross shortly after 7 a.m. Monday in response to a report of gun shots being fired.
Police found one man dead, the second with head wounds that appeared to have come from a blow to the head. Both were white males who appeared to be in their mid to late 20s.
Gwinnett Police spokesman Cpl. Ed Ritter said the men did not live in the apartment complex and do not know at this time why they were there. Police are questioning the injured man at the hospital. Patch will have a follow up report later today.
