Update: Missing Norcross Man Found
Tobias Franklin, 19, was reported missing Wednesday near Jimmy Carter Boulevard.

Tobias Franklin has been located, according to a Nixle alert at 7:16 a.m. He is unharmed.

Norcross Police are asking for the public's assistance in finding a man who was reported missing Wednesday evening.
Tobias Franklin, 19, was last seen around 7 p.m. Sept. 12 walking out of his hotel room at 6295 Jimmy Carter Boulevard, according to a Nixle alert.

Franklin is described as being African-American, 5'8" and 150 pounds. He's reported to have a slight mental handicap, and he has a tattoo of a cross near his left eye.
Anyone with information about Franklin's whereabouts should call 911 or the Norcross Police Department at 770-448-2111.
