Norcross-Area Apartment Fire Displaces Multiple Residents

Ten apartments in a complex off Graves Road have been compromised due to the Wednesday fire, according to authorities.

A residential fire in unincorporated Norcross has displaced residents in 10 apartments but no injuries were reported, according to authorities.

Gwinnett County Fire spokesman Lt. Colin S. Rhoden wrote in a news release that the 911 call for the fire was dispatched at around 8:15 p.m. Wednesday (June 12) at 1355 Graves Road, which is the Sienna Heights apartment complex.

The fire apparently started on the front ground floor of the two-story building. Fire crews found heavy smoke and fire on arrival, but it was quickly contained and extinguished.
