News Report: Norcross Man Dies During LeMons Road Race in South Carolina

The man has been identified as Sidney Brayton.

A 63-year-old Norcross man died Saturday of a heat attack while competing in the annual marathon LeMons road race in South Carolina, according to news media.

The State news reported that Sidney Brayton was riding around the speedway in Kershaw County when suffered the heart attack and died before his car veered off the track and hit a guard rail.Β 

The coroner said it is being described as a natural death.
