A Gwinnett man has been arrested on charges of aggravated child molestation and aggravated sexual battery following an investigation of an August incident in Snellville.
Robin Patrician Ouimette, 46, is accused of assaulting a Brookwood High School teenager, his neighbor, around midnight on Aug. 11. He was arrested on Sept. 28.
According to the police report, on Aug. 12 Gwinnett Police officers responded to a call about a crime against the child. Officers met the 15-year-old, who claimed that her neighbor had sexually molested her.
She told police that around 11 p.m. on Aug. 11, the suspect called and asked her to come outside, where he offered her marjiuana and then tried to blow smoke into her mouth after she refused. She told police she could smell alcohol on the suspect.
She said went back inside the house, but the uspect called again and convinced her to come outside again. That's when she told police she was sexually assaulted, according to the police report.
