Kimberly Rhome, 27, has been missing since April 4, according to a release by Gwinnett County spokesman Cpl. Jake Smith.

Rhome is 5'8", weighs 220 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.

She suffers from schizophrenia and has not been taking her medication, says the release. She did not take her medicine or many items with her when she left her home on the 6100 block of Blackwood Circle in unincorporated Norcross.

In the police report, her mother, Saundra Blackmon, told police that her landlord was the last person to see her daughter April 4.

Blackmon said she's tried calling her cell phone, but it goes to voicemail after the first ring. It's unlike her daughter not to call her or answer her phone, she added.

Anyone with information or who comes in contact with Rhome is encouraged to call 911.
