Police went to the apartment and found the shot victim behind the residence. The victim was treated on scene.

When the complainant and witness, also residents of the complex, spoke to officers, they said the suspects dragged a man at gunpoint out of the apartment. The suspects placed him in the rear of a white four-door passenger car, the two said, and they left the scene before police arrived.

"Investigators continue to investigate but have very little to go on at this point," said Ritter.
