Man Reports $13,000 Car Stolen in Home Invasion

A man said he had his Mustang stolen after being tied up in his home last week.

A man had his Mustang stolen after being physically tied up during a robbery and home invasion last week in unincorporated Norcross.

On Oct. 18 around 9 p.m., a 47-year-old man unlocked the door to his home on the 400 block of Spring Water Drive and found three black males with guns inside. According to the report, he had a gun pointed at him while the men tied him up and placed him in the bathroom.

He told police that the suspects left in his yellow 2006 Ford Mustang, which is worth $13,000. He said, however, that the Mustang had not been registered in his name yet since he was buying it from a private owner. Additionally, all the paperwork had been in the car, says the report.
