Dead Body Found in Peachtree Corners

A body of a deceased man was found in Peachtree Corners early Monday.

The body of the man, whose identity was unknown at the time of the press release, was discovered around 2:29 a.m. behind a business located at 25 Technology Parkway South, close to Norcross. Gwinnett County police had received a call about a suspicious person sleeping or possibly dead at the location.

"When officers arrived on scene, they discovered a male deceased with several head injuries from an unknown origin," according to release by Gwinnett spokesman Cpl. Edwin Ritter.

Officials described the deceased as a white, large-framed male who is approximately 5'10" to 6'02" and weighs 200 pounds. He also has two tattoos, one of which is "very unique in a unique location on the body," says police. 

The man did not have any identification or artifacts leading to his identity. The cause of death is undetermined at this time pending autopsy.
