Crime Blotter--Tie It Down Or They Will Take It In Athens, Ga.

Between November 30 at 11pm and December 1 at 7am, a woman reported that her storage shed was broken into at her residence on Forest Acres Circle. She noticed that her lawnmower had been moved, but it was not taken from the storage shed.

Between November. 24 at 7pm and December 1 at 12:30pm, a man reported that a house he is in the process of restoring was burglarized. A compound sliding saw valued at $700.00, framing gun valued at $400.00, and an air compressor valued at $200.00 were taken.

On December 1 between 9am and 6pm, a woman reported that her residence on Georgetown Circle was burglarized. Prescription medication was the only item taken.

On December 1 between 2pm and 11pm, a woman reported that her residence on Barnett Shoals Road was burglarized. No property was taken.

On December 1 between 12:01am and 11am, a man reported that his vehicle was entered in the parking lot of Abbey West Apartments on Epps Bridge Parkway. A 9mm semi-automatic pistol valued at $700.00 and a GPS unit valued at $300.00 were taken.
