Check it Out: Norcross PD's Spanish Facebook Page

It's been nearly six months since the Norcross Police Department launched its Spanish Facebook page, and officers are continuing to keep it alive.

The department created the page, which has all Spanish posts, as a way to reach the Hispanic community. About 40 percent of the Norcross population is Latino, or Hispanic, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.

Residents can find the page by searching for "Norcross Policia."

Updates on the page include announcements, photos, events and more. Most recently, the page included posts about several police officers, their reasons for joining the department, hobbies and more.
