I arrived at the scene soon after it happened. I saw someone doing chest compressions on mr. Roy. I jumped out of my truck with my first aid kit. I pulled out my mouth to mouth CPR device and told him he needs oxygen. The man doing the compressions said don't do mouth to mouth ( he was doing the compressions correct but was ignorant to the fact that you need to give the victim two breaths after 100 compressions)! At that point the fire department arrived so I let them take charge. My prayers are with mr Roy's family!

Amazing. Unfortunately, clowns show up and start CPR with no training and begin to perform it that way because they saw it done that way on television.
