No injuries were reported in either blaze

Firefighters responded to an occupant report of a house fire at the above location.

Crews found smoke showing from the roof of a split-foyer wood frame house on arrival.  The occupants were all out safe when the fire department arrived and no injuries were reported.

Firefighters made immediate entry and quickly extinguished a fire burning in the kitchen.  The blaze damaged the kitchen and extended slightly to the attic.  The fire sent smoke throughout the structure.

The fire appears accidental and was caused by a stove appliance that was unintentionally left on.

The Red Cross was contacted to assist three adults displaced by the damage.
