He told police that the woman was always trying to get food for free. In the past, he'd given customers extra sweet peppers when they bought a sub, but never without a purchase.

After they started arguing, the man told the woman that he was going to call police if she didn't leave the store. After the woman left to go to her car, her husband arrived and started threatening the owner with violence.

According to the owner, the husband even allegedly came behind the counter while the owner was in the back, calling police.

Gwinnett Police advised the woman and her husband that they were no longer allowed in the store. The police report does not list anyone as the suspect or victim, and no arrests were made.
