This little Vietnamese sandwich shop behind the Oakbrook Square Shopping Center (Hong Kong Supermarket) on Live Oak Parkway serve some of the best banh mi sandwiches in Norcross. This husband and wife team bakes their own French bread (10 inch rolls) there on site and sells it as well as use it to make their banh mi sandwiches. They have 16 types of banh mi. I like the grilled pork best (#9). It is marinated and crunchy. Their ingredients of cucumber, jalapeno, cilantro and pickled carrots and daikon are absolutely the freshest possible. The pate is smeared on one side only and it has a very mild liver flavor, perfect for this sandwich. For $2.50 per sandwich, it is a great bargain. They also sell a variety of other items such as pork egg rolls, shrimp spring rolls, lots of different types of sticky rice, bobas and pastries. Their business is mostly take-out but they do have a few tables to sit down and eat in the shop. They are closed on Tuesdays but are open from 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. Wednesday through Monday.
