Volunteers Needed for the 2012 Norcross Art Fest!
On Saturday October 6 & Sunday October 7, 2012, the streets of Norcross will be transformed into a delightful Art festival filled with whimsical art, delicious food, fabulous entertainment, and thousands of visitors to our fair city.
We need your help to make this event unforgettable for all of the people who attend the festivities. There are volunteer opportunities available at all hours of the festival in many areas.

Some of the areas where we could really use YOUR help are in assisting the artists and sponsors unloading and setting up their booths (free breakfast and coffee is included for this shift!), breaking down booths at the end of the festival, traffic control, and Kidz Zone.
All volunteers will receive a T-shirt and a 2012 Norcross Art Fest pin. All adult volunteers are invited to a pizza party at Paizano's on Sunday night after the Festival is over.

There is a "Selection" drop down box for you to click which will take you to a schedule of times available for each position and a description of the job requirements.
Students interested in volunteering are also needed and the website for students is here: http://splashfestivals.ivolunteer.com/2012norcrossartfeststudent. We will be happy to sign off on Community Service hours for all students.

Award winning Norcross Art Fest is a popular event with imaginative and colorful artwork and fine crafts of artisans from across the country. Awards include GCVB's "Event of the Year" and Gwinnett Magazine's "Best Festival" for 2010 and 2011. It was named "The Festival with Personality" by visitors.
There's a Kidz Zone for entertaining children of all ages; and musical entertainment lasts all day on stage in Thrasher Park.
