The Norcross Garden Club presents Charles Seabrook

On Thursday, October 10th at 7:00 p.m. The Norcross Garden Club cordially invites the community to a special educational event. Charles Seabrook, AJC columnist, award winning writer, author and environmentalist will speak on Georgia: its beauty, diversity and natural heritage. To be held at the Norcross Community Center, 10 College Street, Norcross, GA, the event is free and open to all. Refreshments will be available for purchase.

Mr. Seabrook covered a variety of topics during his 33 year career with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution — from science and technology to Southern culture and politics. He is well known for his tireless work exposing environmental truths as the newspaper’s first environmental writer.

The Norcross Garden Club, founded in 1958, is located at 33 College Street. All are welcome to visit the clubhouse and grounds prior to the presentation. The clubhouse, located across the street from the community center, will be open from 6:00 pm to 6:45 pm.
