This summer we're offering two distinct choices for your camper:
June 2 - June 27 (week-to-week)
or
July 7 - 27 (3-week Summer Stock)
June's week-to-week Performing Arts Camp includes:
Acting, Improv, Stage Combat, Singing & Dance
June 2 - June 27 * 9:00-3:00 * Ages 7-17
July's Summer Stock Production of 13 - the Musical will rehearse daily with shows on July 25, 26 & 27.
AUDITIONS:
April 26th from 2:00-5:30 or April 28th from 5:30-7:00

Camp Descriptions:
June Performing Arts CampOur fun and instructional week-to-week day camps offer a safe and supportive environment for children to grow as performers whether they're brand new to the performing arts or are seasoned pro's! Our professional staff will challenge, encourage and develop each student's talents and abilities.
Our curriculum is non-repetitive so children can sign up for one or all four weeks and always get a new experience!
And this year we've taken our campers favorite's from over the years and combined them into one BIG camp, including Acting, Improv, Stage Combat, Singing & Dance!
July Summer Stock
The Actor's Edge Presents 13 - the Musical
Jason Robert Brown's Teen Masterpiece!
Auditions:
April 26th & 28th
Show Dates:
July 25, 26 & 27
Audition Details:
WHEN: Saturday, April 26th from 2:00-5:30 or Monday, April 28th from 5:30-7:00
WHERE: The Actor's Edge, 4635 River Green Parkway, Duluth, GA 30096
WHO: Auditions are open to youth actors age 12-18
Please prepare 16-32 bars of a Broadway musical theatre standard and bring CD or iPod karaoke accompaniment.
Bring or wear clothes to dance/move in. Be prepared for choreography.
Auditions will consist of cold readings, a solo, and a simple dance routine.
No scheduling conflicts allowed due to our 3-week rehearsal time frame.
There is a $320.00 participation fee for all actors. Those cast will study acting, vocal & dance technique, focusing specifically on creating a complete character as part of the rehearsal process.

Performances:
July 25, 26 & 27
Friday and Saturday evening at 7PM; Saturday and Sunday matinee at 2PM at The Actor's Edge
