Out of the Rain, returns!  A 45 South favorite
duo, Ron Hipp and Carol Statella are back to entertain with their uniquely

They bring a crowd,
so come early, have dinner with us, enjoy a beverage and grab a good seat!  

Now serving dinner from 6-9pm  Sandwiches, Burgers, Fish Tacos and Salads.  Pumpkin lattes are back!  Great desserts, wine and beer.
