Tail Waggin Therapy Dog Reading Program for Kids

What has four legs, a happy waggin’ tail and loves to listen to stories read by kids? Answer: Tail Waggin’ Therapy Dogs at the Strickland House, Saturday March 2 from 12 to 3 pm. - Ages 4 to 8. (Free, but donations are appreciated)


While children read to the certified therapy dogs, Parents are welcome to tour the museum. Certified Dog handlers will be onsite at all times.


Books supplied by Duluth Historical Society and Chattapoochee PetFest 2013. Children can also bring their favorite books to read.
