2014 Atlanta Dog Jog

Serious runners, joggers, walkers and your canine pals—start training for the 27th annual Atlanta Dog Jog, Saturday, May 3, 2014, at Piedmont Park.

Presented by VetHeart of Georgia, the charitable arm of the Georgia Veterinary Medical Association (GVMA), this year’s event will be bigger and better than ever with the addition of a 5k run, along with an expanded array of entertaining activities and pet-related vendors.

Proceeds from the 2014 Atlanta Dog Jog benefit VetHeart and Canine Assistants, an Alpharetta, Ga.-based, non-profit organization that breeds, raises and trains working dogs for children and adults with physical disabilities and seizure disorders.
