Looking for 2 bedroom rental

A good friend of mine recently secured work with a Norcross-based company and would like to explore the listed and non-listed rental market.  Two-bedrooms, safe/secure and ideally in a town home format. Does anyone know of any available rental homes/townhomes, have suggestions on locations or maybe a reputable landlord or two who has listings?
