Restaurant Inspections: Food at Hazardous Temperatures, No Sink in Restroom
Restaurants this week had trouble keeping food at proper temperatures for consumption.
Following is a list of five Norcross-area restaurants which have been inspected recently by the Gwinnett County's Board of Health.
Officials inspect restaurants every six months and grade them based on extensive criteria. Restaurants are required to prominently display these reports.

Grade: 90/A
Comments: There were no food safety certifications posted in public view, several employees observed wearing plastic bracelets while working with food, hand-washing sink missing from men's restroom, and more.

Grade: 81/B
Comments: A large container of cooked beef was found cooling over night in the facility and was above 70 degrees at the time of inspection, items such as bucket of tomatillos, water bottles and soda cans and bottles stored directly on the floor in the food prep area, and more.
